Do we offer international delivery?

How much is UK mainland delivery?

As a thank you to our customers supporting local business, we offer free delivery in the London Boroughs of Bexley and Greenwich.  Delivery to the rest of the UK is only £3.50.

Can I have my order sent to arrive on the same day?

We do offer a same day delivery within the Greater London area. Please contact us on +44(0)7579800759 or email hello@sweetiestop.com for same day delivery prices.

Courier Same Day deliveries are guaranteed in Greater London for orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year). Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific delivery slots.

We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient is not available to receive the order. Please note that if no one is available to receive your order the items will be returned to us and any re-sends will be subject to further P&P charges.

Where is my parcel?

Unfortunately we’re not able to take responsibility for any delays on the part of Royal Mail. But if there are any problems, we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as we can.

We will raise an investigation with the delivery service to try and locate your order, and resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Will my parcel fit through the door?

The larger items such as gift boxes or a large orders in general are too big to be put through the postbox and therefore will require someone at the property to sign for the item..

My order is damaged, incomplete or is not what I ordered. What should I do?

We’re so sorry that your item has not arrived as it should have done. Please contact our customer service team on +44(0)7579800759 or email hello@sweetiestop.com and we will resolve the issue.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for goods which arrived damaged or are sent in error. If you find your order damaged or you have received the wrong product please contact us within 24 hours. Depending on the condition we will offer to re-send the items or exchange them. As our sweets are perishable goods, we do not offer refunds in any other circumstances.

We genuinely want you to be delighted with your order.

Please note: we do our best to ensure that all orders are sent out in perfect condition – we can not accept responsibility for the climatic conditions experienced once the product has been dispatched.
